FAQ
How do I secure my booking?
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date and time are not reserved until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
The $20 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you notify Fer Studios at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date (subject to availability). Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?

How many hours does your wedding package cover?
Edited galleries are delivered within 5–10business days, depending on the type of session. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your high-resolution imagesHow long will it take to receive my photos.
Do you travel for shoots or destination sessions?
Yes I do, but there is a travel fee
